Let’s Know about Chetna Chakra

A unique wellness concert that combines music, movement, and mindfulness. This experience is designed to help participants connect with their inner self, promoting emotional well-being and self-awareness.

Concept :
Chetna Chakra is an interactive journey where the audience becomes part of the performance. Through a blend of soothing music, mindful movement, and connection
with the environment, participants will explore the nine rasas (emotions) to achieve inner balance and peace. This space allows individuals to reconnect with their breath, body, and surroundings, fostering a deeper sense of calm and clarity. Our goal is to launch the Chetna Chakra concert in major metropolitan cities to engage a diverse and receptive audience. This strategic start will help us scale the concert across various states in India, ultimately building a strong foundation to take this experience to a global stage. We aim to collaborate with festival organizers and corporate partners, recognizing that mental well-being is essential for everyone. By partnering with these groups, we hope to make wellness concerts an accessible and impactful experience for broader communities.

Our Purpose

  • Guide participants through the nine rasas— Shringara (love), Hasya (joy), Karuna (compassion), Raudra (anger), Veera (courage), Bhayanaka (fear), Bibhatsa (disgust), Adbhuta (wonder), and Shanta (peace)—as nine stages of self-discovery and emotional healing.
  • Promote emotional and mental well-being through performing arts, enabling participants to better manage stress and emotions.
  • Encourage self-reflection and self-discovery, fostering resilience and personal growth.
Boost focus, creativity, and productivity in personal and professional life.
  • Align with the global trend of wellness concerts as a powerful tool for holistic well being.
